Letting the Body Reveal What’s True, Alive, and Aligned
Exercise in Emotional Resonance Mapping
Introduction
You’ve named the values that matter.
You’ve started facing the real blocks.
You’ve begun putting alignment into action.
Now it’s time to check the most honest compass you have:
Your body.
Because the body doesn’t lie.
You might say a value matters—but if living it leaves you tight, contracted, or numb, then something’s off.
You might be performing it… but not resonating with it.
This practice helps you map which values feel alive, which feel forced, and which might be incomplete echoes of someone else’s voice.
It’s the link between your past work and what comes next:
Purpose that isn’t theoretical—but embodied.
🧭 Instructions:
You’ll go one value at a time.
For each:
Slow down.
Breathe.
Tune in.
Once you’ve completed the full reflection for a single value:
Click “Submit” to save your entry.
Then return to the exercise and begin again with the next value.
Repeat this process until you’ve explored your 3 to 5 values that feel like true anchors.
There’s no rush.
You’re not here to think your way through this.
You’re here to feel your way back to what’s real.
